Training sessions are structured to meet the goal of each individual. Are you training to run or walk your first 5k, 10k or marathon? Are you out of shape and require a kick-start to improve your health? Are you an experienced runner or walker with your sites set on a personal best ‘race’ time?

Bi-weekly to monthly training schedules designed to produce great results!
MONDAY
6 PM Runners: Beginners, newbies and 'rusty legs'
Walkers: All levels
June to the end of January
TUESDAY
5:30 PM Moderate to experienced runners.
May to the end of October
THURSDAY
5:30 PM Beginners to experienced runners.
March 9 to the end of April Thursday group meets at 5:46 PM
All year
PRIVATE SESSION
One to one you pick the time and day.

Drop-in $10
Punch card (no schedule- 8 sessions) $60
Monthly with training group schedule $55
Three month with group training schedule $150
Six months with group training schedule $290
Individual
Monthly schedule $75
Three month schedule $200
Six month schedule $380
One to one coached session: $35
* Individual clients are welcome to attend the group training sessions at no extra charge
